Baby Sleep Problems: "Shut Up, Kid, I'm Trying to Sleep!"

Baby Sleep Problems

The nights can be really long
when you have a child who doesn't want to sleep. Are you afraid to sit down with your baby, or lay in bed with it because you might go to sleep?
The lack of sleep affects everyone in the family, doesn't
it? And when Mom's grumpy or frazzled, it sends a signal that bounces around the home in multiples.

Well, you're in luck! We have just released a new report called "Wise Parents" Guide for "Sleepytime Secrets", and it gives practical solutions that will help resolve bedtime issues. And best of all, it's free!

Here are a few tips:
if you make evening hours peaceful and
quiet, it sets everyone up for sleep. Make the pre-bedtime a
warm bath, cuddling, and listening to a story time rather than running around the house or watching a high activity TV show.

This free report is full of great ideas. For example:

1. Cut down on liquids after supper, especially sugary ones
helps quiet the kids. And, it puts an end to the handy, "I
have to go to the bathroom" excuse.

2. Make the kids do a pit stop before going to bed.

3. Give them one drink of water, so they won't holler, "I'm
thirsty."

4. Put them in bed with the same cuddly animal every night.
Cars, trucks, and dolls are not a good idea. You want to
encourage cuddling not playing.

And we have lots of other good tips for pre-bedtime.

P.S. It's a free report, and will only take five minutes of
your time. It's quick and easy, as we know you're busy.
Reserve your copy and fall asleep before you have sheep to
count.
